The District of Ucluelet aims to purchase goods and services which represent the best value and service possible for public monies spent. This includes, but is not limited to: availability, suitability, serviceability, transportation, warranty, design, and overall life cycle cost implications while at all times maintaining the highest standards of business ethics in our dealings with suppliers.

Significant purchases are accomplished by competitive bidding based on pre-determined specifications.
