UPDATE - Lyche Road Closure Postponed to next week April 15 - 19, 2024
Please be advised that the deep excavation work originally scheduled to commence today on Lyche Road is now postponed to NEXT WEEK, Monday, April 15 - Friday, April 19, 2024.
Lyche Road will be closed at the Peninsula Road intersection form Monday, April 15 to Friday, April 19, 2024 and will be accessible, to local traffic only, from Hemlock Street. As part of the Peninsula Road Safety & Revitalization Project, crews will be completing the storm works with the use of crane trucks. During this work, Peninsula Road will be single lane alternating traffic from Wednesday, April 17 to Friday, April 19, 2024.
Every effort will be made to keep local disruptions to a minimum. Construction signs will be posted and flag persons will be on duty to assist with traffic flow. Please exercise caution, obey all signage placed for your safety and follow the directions of the flag persons on duty.
