The Ucluelet Planning Department covers Land Use Planning & Long-term Planning operations and is responsible for the review and processing of development applications, including rezoning, development permits and subdivision, in order to ensure that development occurs in compliance with the vision of the Official Community Plan, the Zoning Bylaw and subsequent development regulations. Through careful analysis and sustainable planning processes, the community of Ucluelet can define and achieve its vision for the future.
