The existing recreation facilities include the:

Matterson Road facilities - Skate Park, Basketball Court, and BMX Track

And the NEW facilities at the Ucluelet Community Centre, located at 500 Matterson Drive:
- Activity Rooms 1 & 2
- Arts & Crafts Room
- Fitness Studio
- Youth Room
- Main Hall & performance stage
- Community Room
- Kitchen - FOOD SAFE
